Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of these locations at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Duties:
For orders shipped outside of Australia, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email/contact information] with your order details. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: When your order is sent you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please note any refunds issued will incur a 5% Administration and Handling fee of the order total.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post with tracking. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Via Vision Entertainment will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. All sales are final.
